中药外敷联合红光仪照射治疗高龄压疮的临床研究

摘要
目的 观察中药外敷联合红外线对高龄患者压疮的影响.方法 选取2021年6月—2022年8月医院收治的96例高龄压疮患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例.对照组给予红光仪照射,观察组给予红光仪照射的同时给予自拟中医外敷.比较两组干预效果、干预前后疼痛评分、创面愈合情况及干预前后炎性因子水平[白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)].结果 干预4周后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组;创面渗液干净时间、创面愈合时间、肉芽组织生长时间均短于对照组;总有效率为95.83％,高于对照组的79.17％;观察组IL-6、IL-8及hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中药外敷联合红外线照射对高龄压疮患者干预效果可靠,能够抑制炎性因子,减轻患者疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,提高效果,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared ray on pressure sores in elderly patients.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with pressure ulcers admitted to the department from June 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The con-trol group was irradiated with a red light instrument,while the observation group was irradiated with a red light instrument while receiving self prescribed external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The effects of intervention,pain scores,wound heal-ing and levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]be-fore and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the visual analog scale(VAS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The cleaning time of wound exudate,the wound healing time and the granulation tissue growth time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The total effective rate was 95.83％in the observation,higher than 79.17％in the control group.Meanwhile,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The inter-vention effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared radiation on elderly patients with pressure ulcers is reliable,can inhibit the inflammatory factors,alleviate the pain,shorten the wound healing time and improve the effect,which is worthy of promoting.
