Observation on Effect of Vitamin B6 Injection at Neiguan(PC6)Combined with Acupoint Application on Hyperemesis Gravidarum
Objective To explore the effect of vitamin B6 injection at Neiguan(PC6)combined with acupoint application on hy-peremesis gravidarum.Methods A total of 114 pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum who were treated in the department from January to October 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 57 cases in each.The control group was given routine pregnancy vomiting intervention.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given vita-min B6 injection and acupoint application at Neiguan(PC6),and the two groups were continuously intervened for 7 days.The pregnancy vomiting and nausea unique scale(PUQE)scores of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.The improvement of hyperemesis in the two groups was compared after 7 days of intervention.The scores of pregnancy nausea and vomiting quality of life scale(NVPQOL)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the PUQE score of the two groups decreased compared with that before the intervention,and the PUQE score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of vomiting and the time to stop vomiting in the observation group were less than those in the control group,with a statisti-cally significant difference(P＜0.05).The NVPQOL scores and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Vitamin B6 injection at Neiguan(PC6)combined with acupoint application can effectively reduce the symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum,improve the gastrointestinal function of patients and the quality of life,which is worthy of application.
