舒张性心力衰竭(diastolic heart failure,DHF),又称射血分数保留的心力衰竭(heart failure with preserved ejec-tion fraction,HFpEF),是心力衰竭的一种,主要是因为左心室舒张期主动松弛能力受损、心肌顺应性降低,心肌细胞肥大伴间质纤维化等因素综合作用所引发的心力衰竭.针对DHF西医治疗,着重点在于控制血压,降低心室率,利尿减轻体液潴留,减少充血的症状和体征,但对DHF患者的临床疗效欠佳,对患者预后改善不明显;运用中西医结合治疗方法,为DHF的治疗提供新的思路.近年来中医药运用整体、辨证的方法治疗DHF取得一定疗效,并且效果较好,逐渐得到关注.文章将就近年来中西医治疗DHF的研究进展做一综述.
Progress in the Treatment of Diastolic Heart Failure with Chinese and Western Medicine
Diastolic Heart Failure(DHF),also known as heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF),is a type of heart failure,It is mainly caused by the combination of factors such as impaired active relaxation ability of the left ventricle during diastolic period,reduced myocardial compliance,and myocardial cell hypertrophy with interstitial fibrosis.Western medicine thera-py for DHF focuses on controlling blood pressure,reducing ventricular rate,reducing fluid retention by diuresis,and reducing the symptoms and signs of congestion.However,the clinical efficacy of DHF patients is poor,and the prognosis of patients is not sig-nificantly improved.The application of traditional Chinese and western medicine is to provide a new idea for the treatment of DHF.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been used to treat DHF with holistic and syndrome differentiation meth-ods,and has achieved certain curative effect,and the effect is good,gradually attracting attention.This article will review the re-search progress of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of DHF for the past few years.
