摘要
Wnt/β-catenin信号通路(Wnt经典信号通路)是目前Wnt信号通路中研究较为深入的一条分支,在癫痫的发生发展中扮演重要角色.为提高对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与癫痫关系的重视,并为癫痫治疗提供新靶点,文章就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与癫痫关系的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway(Wnt classical signaling pathway)is a branch of Wnt signaling pathway that has been deeply studied,and it plays an important role in embryo development,organogenesis,epilepsy and other major events from drosophila to human.In order to raise peoples attention to the relationship between Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and epilepsy,and to provide new targets for epilepsy treatment,this paper reviewed the research progress of the relationship between Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and epilepsy.
