Study on the Medication Rule of Tonifying Kidney and Nourishing Marrow in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease Based on Data Mining
Objective To explore the medication characteristics and prescription rule of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of Alzheimer's Disease(AD)with the method of tonifying kidney and nourishing marrow by using data mining.Methods The tonify kidney and nourish marrow medical prescriptions in the treatment of AD from database estabilishment to April 2022 were searched from CNKI,Wanfang,Vip,ChiCTR,PubMed and Web of science database.Software SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistic 25.0 were applied for frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis in these prescriptions.A core complex network of TCM aim to topology analysis was built by using software Cytoscape 3.8.0.Re-sults A total of 70 prescriptions were included,involving 108 single herbs.The most frequent used single herb is Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata.The efficacy of the drugs are mainly base on tonifying drugs,promoting blood and removing blood stasis drugs and sedative drugs.12 core herbs were screened out by topology analysis including Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Acori Tatari-nowii Rhizoma,Lycii Fructus,Polygalae Radix and so on.37 medication association rules were found out and the most common medical combinations are Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata-Lycii Fructus,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma-Polygalae Radix,Reh-manniae Radix Praeparata-Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma-Polygalae Radix.Cluster analysis shows when Euclidean square distance is 15,3 potential clustering prescriptions can be obtained and 4 common factors were extracted from factor analysis,which em-bodied the principle of medication in some classic prescriptions such as Rehmanniae decoction,Six-Ingredient Rehmannis Pill,Left-Restoring Pill.Conclusion The method of tonifying kidney and nourishing marrow in the treatment of AD is mainly com-posed of tonifying kidney and enriching the lean marrow,supplemented by promoting blood circulation,calming heart,tranquili-zing mind and removing phlegm;directly treat on the pathogensis of AD from both external and internal,reflecting the character-istics of TCM treatment on concept of holism and syndrome differentiation.
