中西医治疗支气管扩张症气道黏液高分泌研究进展

摘要
气道黏液的过度分泌是引起所有支气管扩张症患者反复气道感染与病原体定植的主要危险因素之一.目前,其发病机制尚不明确,仍未形成有效治疗体系.在临床中黏液溶解剂、体位引流等治疗具有一定的作用,但仍然存在药物耐受程度等方面的特定差异,而予以有效的个性化治疗方案是中医辨证论治的优势所在.文章主要通过综述当前中西医治疗支扩患者与气道黏液高分泌相关的研究进展,旨在为相关研究及临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Oversecretion of airway mucus is one of the major risk factors for repeated airway infections and pathogen coloniza-tion in all bronchiectasis.At present,its pathogenesis is not clear,and it has not yet formed an effective treatment system.In clini-cal treatment,mucolysis agents,postures drainage and other treatments have certain effects,but there are still specific differences in drug tolerance,and effective personalized treatment plan is the advantage of traditional Chinese and medicine syndrome differ-entiation.Therefore,this paper mainly reviews the current research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis and airway mucus hypersecretion,aiming to provide reference for related research and clinical application.
