中医药治疗感染后肠易激综合征的研究进展

摘要
感染后肠易激综合征(post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome,PI-IBS)是肠易激综合征的一个亚型,发生于急性肠道感染恢复后.中医药治疗PI-IBS有明确疗效,具有依从性高、费用少的特点.文章通过梳理中医药治疗PI-IBS的报道,从病因病机、治疗方法两方面对中医药治疗PI-IBS进行综述.
Abstract
Post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome(PI-IBS)is a subtype of irritable bowel syndrome that occurs after re-covery from an acute intestinal infection.Chinese medicine has clear efficacy in the treatment of PI-IBS,with high compliance and low cost.This article reviews the treatment of PI-IBS with Chinese medicine in terms of its etiology,pathogenesis and treat-ment approach by compiling and synthesizing reports on the treatment of PI-IBS.
