从"神"探讨针刺治疗肠易激综合征

摘要
肠易激综合征是一种以腹痛腹泻,大便性状及次数改变为主要症状的功能性胃肠疾病,其病理基础为脑肠互动异常,中医方面属于"神"的范畴.情志失调是肠易激综合征的重要病因,脑肠互动异常是肠易激综合征的主要病机,"神"是肠易激综合征发生、发展、预后转归的关键因素.文章将中医学与现代医学相结合,从"神"探讨肠易激综合征的病因、病机,及针刺治疗肠易激综合征的作用机制、治则治法.
Abstract
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a functional gastrointestinal disease characterized by abdominal pain,diarrhea,and changes in stool characteristics and frequency.Its pathological basis is abnormal brain-intestine interaction.In Chinese med-icine,it belongs to the category of"shen".Emotional disorder is an important cause of irritable bowel syndrome,abnormal brain-intestine interaction is the main pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome,and"shen"is the key factor in the occurrence,de-velopment and prognosis of irritable bowel syndrome.This article combines traditional medicine with modern medicine,and dis-cusses the etiology and pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome from the perspective of"shen",as well as the mechanism,treat-ment principles and methods of acupuncture treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
