雌性红莱菔治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效的临床观察

摘要
目的 验证雌性红莱菔浓缩原粉对急性痛风性关节炎患者抗炎止痛,降尿酸的作用.方法 选取从2019年1月—2020年12月就诊于沈阳抗风竤中医门诊部的急性痛风性关节炎患者40例,分为雌性红莱菔组和秋水仙碱组各20例,分别给予雌性红莱菔浓缩原粉治疗、秋水仙碱治疗,7 d为1疗程,观察治疗前后两组VAS疼痛评分,血清尿酸、白细胞介素-1β(1L-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平.结果 治疗后,两组VAS疼痛评分,血清尿酸、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显下降,雌性红莱菔组下降值比秋水仙碱组更明显(P＜0.05).结论 雌性红莱菔浓缩原粉治疗急性痛风性关节炎有明显的抗炎止痛,降尿酸的作用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of concentrated raw powder of Female Red Radish on anti-inflammatory,anal-gesic and uric acid reduction in patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods From January 1,2019 to December 31,2020,40 pa-tients with acute gouty arthritis treated in Shenyang Kangfenghong Traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient Department were selected and divided into Female Red Radish group and colchicine group,20 cases in each group.They were treated with concentrated raw powder of Female Red Radish and colchicine treatment for 7 days as a course.VAS pain score,serum uric acid,IL-1β,TNF-α levels were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,VAS pain score,serum uric acid,IL-1 β,TNF-α levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the decrease value of Female Red Radish group was more significant than that of colchicine group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Concen-trated raw powder of Female Red Radish has obvious anti-inflammatory,analgesic and uric acid lowering effects in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.
