Objective In order to explore the characteristics of the understanding,treatment and medication of the treatment of heart and kidney diseases,and to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical identification and treatment of heart and kidney diseases.Methods This paper adopts the literature research method,through studying the relevant expositions of Zhang Zhongjing in"Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases"and"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber"and the discussions of contemporary doctors,and analyzes and summarizes the theory and modern application of Zhang Zhongjing's theory of treating the same heart and kidney dis-ease from the physiological relationship between kidney and heart.Results The treatment of Zhongjing heart and kidney diseases were HuangLian-EJiao decoction,Cassia Twig and Dragon Bone Combination,Fu Ling Si Ni Tang,Gui Zhi Jia Gui Tang,and Gui Zhi Fu Ling Gan cao Da Zao Tang.Conclusion In a broad sense,cardiorenal syndrome belongs to the category of cardiorenal syndrome,which can be distinguished and treated by referring to the discussion of renal interaction and disease in the center of"Typhoid Fever"and"Essentials of Jinkuang",and in a narrow sense,it is necessary to study in-depth for other types of cardio-renal syndrome,so as to enrich and improve the theory and method of identifying and treating cardiorenal syndrome,in order to provide useful reference and supplement for clinical treatment.
