摘要
慢性支气管炎是一种常见的呼吸系统疾病,其发病率高且病情反复,如未及时救治可诱发肺气肿等多种并发症,严重影响患者的工作与生活.麻黄杏仁石膏甘草汤是张仲景用于治疗外感风邪,邪热壅肺的经典方剂,被广泛应用于治疗呼吸系统疾病.文章从药物组成、功效、药理作用及临床应用等方面对麻杏石甘汤治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期进行探讨,以期为今后临床治疗该病提供参考.
Abstract
Chronic bronchitis is a common respiratory disease with a high incidence rate and repeated illness.If not treated in time,it can induce multiple complications such as emphysema,which seriously affects the work and life of patients.The acute attack of chronic bronchitis is mainly caused by exogenous pathogens,which heat stagnates the lung.Maxing Shigan Decoction is Zhang Zhongjing's classic prescription for the treatment of exogenous wind evil,evil heat obstructing the lung,and is widely used in the treatment of respiratory diseases.This article discusses the treatment of chronic bronchitis in acute attack period with Ma-xing Shigan decoction from the aspects of drug composition,efficacy,pharmacological action and clinical application,with a view to providing reference for clinical treatment of this disease in the future.
