Professor Lin Hanmeis Experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea
Primary dysmenorrhea is common in young women,and its characteristics of periodic physical discomfort can easily affect the physical and mental health of such women.Without active prevention and timely medication,dysmenorrhea will always bring women a variety of adverse life experience.Professor Lin Hanmei,a famous tratitional Chinese medicine doctor in Guangxi,has been engaged in gynecology for more than 30 years,and has some experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dysmenorrhea with tratitional Chinese medicine.She believed that the etiology of dysmenorrhea was cold evil,qi stagnation,blood stasis,damp-ness-heat,etc.,and its core pathogenesis was"obstruction causes pain and malnutrition causes pain".Clinical medication and life care paid attention to the method of"tong"and"bu",which had remarkable clinical effect.This paper summarizes the expe-rience of Lin Hanmei's treatment of primary dysmenorrhea for reference.
