摘要
全国名中医贾英杰认为张仲景学术思想对当今肿瘤疾病的诊治产生十分深远的影响,为肿瘤的治疗提供了依据.贾教授认为动态辨治学说是辨证论治思想的升华,审正气强弱而定攻补之序是攻邪法与扶正法的必要前提,因势利导,通利二便是灵活运用仲景下法的具体表现,恶性肿瘤治取中州是对仲景顾护脾胃思想的继承与发展.贾英杰教授在继承仲景学术思想基础之上,联系自身临证经验,发展"黜浊培本"治癌法则.
Abstract
JIA Yingjie,a national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor,believes that Zhang Zhongjing's academic thoughts have had a profound impact on the diagnosis and treatment of cancer diseases,and provide a basis for the treatment of cancer.Professor Jia believes that dynamic dialectics is the sublimation of the thought of treatment based on syndrome differentia-tion,judging the Zheng Qi and determining the order of attacking and replenishing is the necessary prerequisite of attacking evil and helping the correct method,and making good guidance according to the situation and improving the order are the specific manifestations of the flexible use of Zhongjing's method,and the treatment of malignant tumors in Middle Jiao is the inheritance and development of Zhongjing's thought of caring for the spleen and stomach.On the basis of inheriting ZHANG Zhong-jing's ac-ademic thoughts,Professor JIA Yingjie developed the"Chuzhuo Peiben"rule of cancer treatment based on his own clinical expe-rience.
