中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并支气管扩张的研究进展

摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)合并支气管扩张(简称支扩)的案例屡见不鲜,西医对于本病尚未有临床诊疗指南及专家共识的颁布.中医对于慢阻肺、支扩的认识由来已久,历代医家对其发病特点、病因病机,治则治法都提出了独到的见解.结合历代医家理论及当今临床实践,文章将慢阻肺合并支扩的病因病机大抵归纳为肺脾肾三脏虚衰为内在因素,痰、热、瘀是主要病理产物,外邪侵袭是重要发病条件.在治疗方面,根据病情缓急确定治则治法,充分发挥中医药优势,将药物治疗与非药物治疗相结合.文章旨在通过阐述中医药治疗慢阻肺合并支扩的研究进展,发挥中医药独特优势,期望有助于临床对本病的诊疗.
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with bronchiectasis(bronchiectasis)have been com-mon in clinical practice.Western medicine has not yet issued clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines and expert consensus for this disease.The understanding of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and bronchiectasis in traditional Chinese medi-cine has a long history.Throughout history,medical experts have put forward unique insights into its characteristics,etiology,path-ogenesis,treatment principles,and methods.Based on the theories of medical experts throughout history and current clinical prac-tice,this article summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with bron-chiectasis as follows:deficiency and failure of the lung,spleen,and kidney as internal factors,phlegm,heat,and blood stasis as main pathological products,and invasion of external pathogens as important pathogenic conditions.In terms of treatment,determine the treatment principles and methods based on the severity of the condition,fully leverage the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and combine drug treatment with non drug treatment.This article aims to elaborate on the research progress of tradition-al Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with bronchiectasis,leveraging the unique advanta-ges of traditional Chinese medicine,and hoping to contribute to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
