Experience of Treating Parkinson's Disease from Yang Deficiency Theory
Parkinson's disease is a kind of slowly progressive senile disease,with tremor,bradykinesia,posture and gait abnor-malities as the main manifestations.The incidence population is mainly the elderly,and the incidence rate is on the rise.A large number of ancient books and literature show that the occurrence of Parkinson's disease is closely related to Yang deficiency.Yang Qi has the function of warming the body,maintaining the function of Zang-Fu organs,and promoting the operation of Qi and blood.Liver dominating the ascending,liver Yang deficiency will cause Yang Qi can not reach the head and limbs,and Yang Qi can not warm the body,leading to fibrillation.Heart Yang can generate the blood,and heart Yang plays a key role in the genera-tion of blood.Heart Yang deficiency can lead to blood deficiency,and limb loss can cause trembling.The spleen is the acquired foundation,the source of Qi and blood biochemistry,and the limb muscles are supported by Qi and blood.Kidney dominates the bone and produces the marrow.Insufficient kidney Yang,lack of vitality in the essence and lack of nourishment in the muscles and bones result in tremors.The current treatment of Parkinson's disease is mainly to improve the clinical symptoms and delay the progression of the disease.The cause of Parkinson's disease is mostly wind and deficiency,which lies in the deficiency of Qi,blood and Yin and Yang,and phlegm and blood stasis run through the development of the disease.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease,this paper discussed the relationship between Parkinson's disease and Yang deficiency,in or-der to provide therapeutic ideas for clinical treatment.
