重复经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的应用研究进展

摘要
重复经颅磁刺激作为一种新型非侵入性脑部刺激技术,以其无创的神经可塑性功能优势被广泛应用于卒中后并发症的治疗,尤其体现在吞咽障碍的康复方面.但经查阅国内外文献发现,重复经颅磁刺激针对卒中后吞咽障碍不同脑区、刺激方式(频率)及其疗效等方面的研究涉及相对较少,且缺乏比较明确统一的标准,阻碍了卒中后吞咽障碍患者恢复的进程,故就现阶段重复经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的近况研究作此综述.
Abstract
;Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS),as a new non-invasive brain stimulation technique,has been widely used in the treatment of post-stroke complications due to its non-invasive neuroplasticity,especially in the rehabilitation of dysphagia.However,after reviewing domestic and foreign literature,it is found that there are relatively few studies on repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for different brain regions,stimulation methods(frequency)and its efficacy,and there is a lack of clear and unified standards,which hinders the recovery process of patients with post-stroke dysphagia.Therefore,this paper reviewed the recent research of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of poststroke dysphagia.
