基于脏腑气机失调理论探讨缺血性脑卒中病机

摘要
中医学指出,脏腑的气机逆乱失调是引起缺血性脑卒中发生病机的关键,脏腑气机失调是中风病发生的基础,痰火瘀滞为标,而引起脏腑气机失调的因素,和身体各个脏腑的正常生理功能以及脏腑的异常病理变化具有不可分割的关系.文章基于中医学整体观念,从缺血性脑卒中的病位入手,根据五脏气机的变化规律,试图探索五脏气机失调与缺血性脑卒中的关联,挖掘中医学从五脏气机失调与缺血性脑卒中关联的理论和实际.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)points out that the disorder of Qi movement in Zang-Fu organs is the key to the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.The disorder of Qi movement in Zang-Fu organs is the basis of stroke.Phlegm-fire stag-nation is the secondary cause,and the factors that cause the disorder of Qi movement in Zang-Fu organs are inseparable from the normal physiological functions of various Zang-Fu organs and the abnormal pathological changes of Zang-Fu organs.Based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper started with the location of ischemic stroke,and tried to explore the relationship between the disorder of five Zang-organs Qi and ischemic stroke according to the change law of five Zang-organs Qi,and excavated the theory and practice of the relationship between the disorder of five Zang-organs Qi and ischemic stroke in traditional Chinese medicine.
