Effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction(疏肝健脾汤)Combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrin on the Immune System in Patients with Primary Biliary Cirrhosis
Objective To investigate the effect of thin Shugan Jianpi Decoction(疏肝健脾汤)combined with magnesium iso-glycyrrhizin on the immune system in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis.Methods 121 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis admitted Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022,Randomized into study group(60 cases)and control group(61 cases),In both groups,The control group added magnesium isoglycyrrhizin to this basis,The study group was treated on the basis of the control group,The serum immunoglobulin(Igg)G,IgA,IgM and complement C3 and C4 levels were tested before and after half a year of treatment,To evaluate the TCM syndrome score and efficacy of both groups before and after treatment,The occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was counted.Results The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P＜0.05),Moreover,the study group was signifi-cantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05),C3 and C4 levels were significantly higher than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05),TCM syndrome score after both groups were sig-nificantly lower than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05),the efficacy of TCM syndrome in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Shugan Jianpi Decoction combined with magnesium isoglycyrin can effectively reduce the serum im-munoglobulin level of primary biliary cirrhosis patients,increase the serum complement level,improve the syndrome score of TCM syndrome,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,with high safety and effectiveness.
