中医药对类风湿关节炎骨破坏调控作用研究进展

摘要
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以关节滑膜炎、血管翳形成作为基本病理改变的疾病,患者主要临床表现为多发性、对称性多关节侵袭性炎症,中后期软骨和骨组织出现损坏,最终导致关节变形活动受限.骨破坏在RA疾病初期即可发生,并随病情逐渐发展而贯穿疾病整个过程,是RA致残的主要因素之一.中医认为RA骨破坏属"骨痹""尪痹"等范畴,中医药在RA的治疗中取得良好疗效,现代实验及临床研究表明很多经方、验方及中药单体可通过有效抑制RA关节滑膜炎症,延缓骨破坏,改善患者病情.文章通过检索相关文献数据库收集整理近年来中医药治疗RA的文献,系统分析了中医药抑制RA骨破坏的相关研究进展,为中医药治疗RA提供循证医学证据.
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis is characterized by synovitis and pannus formation as the basic pathological changes,The patient's main clinical presentation is dominated by multiple,symmetrical polyarticular invasive inflammation,with damage to cartilage and bone tissue occurring in the middle and later stages,ultimately leading to joint deformity and limited movement.Bone destruction occurs in the early stages of RA disease and progresses gradually throughout the course of the disease,and is one of the major factors in RA disability.Chinese medicine believes that RA bone destruction belongs to the category of"bone bi-disease"and"Wang bi",etc.,and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has achieved good efficacy in the treatment of RA.Modern experiments and clinical studies have shown that many classical prescription,proved recipe and herbal monomers can im-prove patients'conditions by effectively inhibiting synovial inflammation in RA joints and delaying bone destruction.The article collects and organizes the literature on the treatment of RA with TCM in recent years by searching relevant literature databases,and systematically analyzes the progress of research related to the inhibition of RA bone destruction by TCM,so as to provide evi-dence-based medical evidence for the treatment of RA with TCM.
