基于16S rDNA测序技术探讨地骨皮对自发性高血压大鼠肠道菌群的影响

摘要
目的 探讨地骨皮对自发性高血压大鼠的降压作用及对肠道微生物组成的影响.方法 通过16SrDNA测序技术探讨自发性高血压大鼠经地骨皮水提液干预后肠道微生物结构的变化.结果 给药后大鼠血压下降,通过测序结果发现拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门等12个生物标志物.结论 地骨皮提取物可能通过调节SHR大鼠肠道内菌群的丰度和比值,起到降低血压的效果.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the antihypertensive effect of Digupi(Lycii Cortex)in spontaneous hypertensive rats and the effect on the composition of intestinal microorganisms.Methods The changes of intestinal microbial structure of rats after the intervention of Digupi(Lycii Cortex)were observed through 16S rDNA technology.Result Blood pressure decreased in rats after administration of the drug,and 12 biomarkers such as Bacteroides and Firmicuteswere were identified by sequencing results.Con-clusion Digupi(Lycii Cortex)extract exerts a blood pressure lowering effect by modulating the abundance and ration of intestinal flora in SHR rats.
