Preliminary Study on Clinical Bibliometrics of Moxibustion Treatment of RA at Home and Abroad in Recent 10 Years
Objective to make a preliminary metrological study on the clinical literature of moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)at home and abroad in recent 10 years,so as to provide direction and basis for clinical research in the future.Methods the clinical literatures of moxibustion treatment of RA in recent 10 years in China knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP,Bailianyun Library,ElsevierScienceDirect and PubMed were searched,and the general data,diagnostic criteria,treatment principles,syndrome types,acupoints selection,moxibustion types,stimulation amount and curative effect criteria in the literature were statistically analyzed by bibliometrics and WPSOfficeExce12021.Results a total of 37 clinical litera-tures were selected,mainly randomized controlled trials.There were more female patients than male patients,and there were fe-wer literatures defining RA syndrome.There were differences in diagnostic criteria,treatment principles,acupoint selection,moxibustion type,stimulation dose and curative effect criteria.Conclusion Moxibustion treatment of RA clinical curative effect,but at present is the combination of other therapy research,the single treatment of RA clinical research less,and not clear RA stage and Chinese medicine,the diagnosis criteria,treatment principles and selection basis are lack of unified standard,so the future research should be based on RA type and stage,choose the corresponding moxibustion type and stimulation,to optimize the moxibustion scheme,improve the clinical curative effect.
