摘要
腕手功能障碍是脑卒中常见的后遗症之一,对患者的日常生活自理能力具有重要影响.与西医治疗相比,针灸作为典型的中医疗法具有疗效显著且不良反应小等优点,尤其适用于我国基层医疗机构,因此成为了研究的热点.本文旨在综述近年来国内针灸治疗脑卒中后腕手功能障碍方面的研究进展.文章从传统针灸疗法、电针疗法和针灸联合其他疗法等方面论述了目前脑卒中后腕手功能障碍的治疗现状.同时,总结了目前研究中常用的针灸治疗方法、穴位选择以及痉挛期腕手功能障碍发生机制等,为未来的临床研究和治疗提供参考依据.
Abstract
Wrist and hand dysfunction is one of the common sequelae of stroke,which has a significant impact on the patient's ability to take care of themselves in daily life.Western medicine treatment of this disease has many limitations such as large side effects and high cost,but acupuncture and moxibustion has become a research hotspot because of its obvious curative effect and small side effects and it is especially suitable for grassroots in our country.In this paper,it summarized the recent domestic research on the treatment of post-stroke wrist and hand dysfunction by acupuncture,and discussed the current treatment status of post-stroke wrist and hand dysfunction by traditional acupuncture therapy,electroacupuncture therapy and acupuncture combined with other therapies.This paper summarizes the acupuncture treatment methods commonly used in modern research,the selection of acupoints and the mechanism of wrist and hand dysfunction during spasticity,and provided reference for the later clinical re-search and clinical treatment.
