老年衰弱综合征的中西医研究进展

摘要
衰弱(Frailty)作为一种年龄相关性疾病,在老年人中较为常见,受到生理、心理、社会等多个方面因素的影响,衰弱后患者住院及病死率增加.从中西医两方面切入,将其西医的诊断、发病机制、相关标志物以及中医的病因病机、干预措施等方面进行综述,以期为未来老年衰弱的研究提供一定参考.
Abstract
Frailty is an age-related disease that is more common in the elderly.The onset of the disease is influenced by several physical,psychological and social factors.Frailty is followed by a variety of adverse outcomes,with increased hospitaliza-tion and mortality of the patients.From traditional Chinese and western medicine,this paper summarized the diagnosis,pathogen-esis and related markers of western medicine,etiology,pathogenesis and intervention measures of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide some reference for the study of frailty in the future.
