益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病心肌病的研究进展

摘要
中医药在糖尿病心肌病的防治策略上有一定的优势,益气养阴活血法是DCM的重要治法之一.益气养阴活血中药方能调节机体糖脂代谢,改善心功能,抑制氧化应激及心肌细胞凋亡,抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)过度激活,抑制心肌纤维化,从而防治DCM的发生发展.文章通过总结益气养阴活血中药治疗DCM的临床用药情况与基础研究进展,希冀为临床防治DCM提供新的思路.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.And invigorating-Qi,nourishing-Yin and activating-blood is one of the important treatment methods for diabetic cardiomyopa-thy.The traditional Chinese medicine formula for invigorating-Qi,nourishing-Yin and activating-blood can regulate glucose and lipid metabolism,improve cardiac function,inhibit oxidative stress and myocardial cell apoptosis,inhibit renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,over-activation,and inhibit myocardial fibrosis,so as to prevent and treat the occurrence and development of diabetic cardiomyopathy.By summarizing the clinical medication and basic research progress of the traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy,we hope to provide new ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
