Analysis of the Effect of the Acupuncture method of Suppressing the Liver and Supporting the Spleen combined with Ear Point Pressing Beans on Childrens Tic Disorder on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score and Adverse Reactions
Objective To observe the effect of treating children with tic disorder according to the method of suppressing the liv-er and supporting the spleen combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on the improvement of TCM syndrome score and the con-trol of adverse reactions.Methods The research was carried out in the form of comparative treatment observation,and 80children were included as the study object from January 2020 to October 2022.According to the double-blind grouping method,40 chil-dren in the group were selected to carry out routine treatment as the control group,and the remaining 40 children were treated with the acupuncture method of suppressing the liver and supporting the spleen combined with ear point pressing beans as the ob-servation group.The recovery of the two groups of children was compared.Results There was no difference in the TCM syndrome score of the children before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).According to the statistics of the overall treatment effect of the two groups of children,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was low-er than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the Yale score of children in the two groups during treatment,there was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At the first,second,third and fourth weeks after treat-ment,the Yale score of the observation group had advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of treating children with tic disorder,the treatment of suppressing the liver and supporting the spleen acupuncture combined with ear acupoint pressing beans can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of this part of children,improve the score of traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome of children,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children,which can help children recover,and promote the improvement of tic disorder symptoms in a relatively short time.
