摘要
郭恩绵教授结合多年临床实践经验,将慢性肾炎血尿之病机归纳为以肾络亏损、脾肾两虚为其基本病因,以湿浊、瘀血为其重要的病理因素.郭老师据此所创玉肾露2号方剂,扶正补虚以固本,配以清热利湿、散瘀止血之法,结合实际情况进行灵活加减,中西医结合治疗配合日常生活调护,以求达到理想治疗效果.
Abstract
Professor GUO Enmian,based on years of clinical practice experience,summarized the pathogenesis of hematuria in chronic nephritis as follows:kidney meridian deficiency and both deficiency of spleen and kidney are the basic causes,and dampness,turbidity and blood stasis are important pathological factors.Based on this,professor GUO created the formula of Yush-enlu No.2 Formula(玉肾露 2号方剂),which helps to strengthen the body and nourish deficiency,and is combined with meth-ods of clearing heat and draining dampness,dispersing blood stasis and stopping bleeding.It is flexibly adjusted according to ac-tual conditions,combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and daily life care,in order to achieve the ide-al therapeutic effect.
