Effect of Learning Academic Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Expert FENG Huilian on Patients with Vestibular Migraine Induced Dizziness
Objective To explore the effect of FENG Huilian's first batch of traditional chinese medicine experts inheriting aca-demic experience in treating patients with vestibular migraine induced dizziness.Methods A total of 60 patients with vestibular mi-graine induced vertigo admitted from December 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the princi-ple of random number table grouping,they were divided into the research group(30 cases,treated with TCM syndrome differentia-tion and treatment)and the reference group(30 cases,treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules).The treatment efficacy,frequency of headache and dizziness attacks,duration and degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Result The ther-apeutic effect of the research group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The number of headache attacks,duration and degree of pain in the research group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of using TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment to treat vestibular migraine induced dizzi-ness is satisfactory and can effectively improve the symptoms.
