摘要
目的 探讨冯惠莲第一批中医药专家学术经验继承治疗前庭性偏头痛性眩晕患者的效果.方法 选取2022年12月—2023年5月收治的前庭性偏头痛性眩晕者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组原则,分成研究组(30例,中医辨证治疗)与对照组(30例,盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗).比较两组的治疗效果、头痛眩晕发作次数、持续时间及疼痛程度.结果 研究组疗效显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组头痛发作次数、持续时间及疼痛程度数值显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 应用中医辨证治疗前庭性偏头痛性眩晕的临床疗效满意,可切实改善病症.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of FENG Huilian's first batch of traditional chinese medicine experts inheriting aca-demic experience in treating patients with vestibular migraine induced dizziness.Methods A total of 60 patients with vestibular mi-graine induced vertigo admitted from December 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the princi-ple of random number table grouping,they were divided into the research group(30 cases,treated with TCM syndrome differentia-tion and treatment)and the reference group(30 cases,treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules).The treatment efficacy,frequency of headache and dizziness attacks,duration and degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Result The ther-apeutic effect of the research group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).The number of headache attacks,duration and degree of pain in the research group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of using TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment to treat vestibular migraine induced dizzi-ness is satisfactory and can effectively improve the symptoms.
