摘要
老年耳鸣是临床中一种常见的老年疾病,但现有治疗手段疗效并不十分理想.中医治疗耳鸣的历史悠久,疗效确切.基于老年患者具有独特的优势,因体质等因素内生痰浊、郁结化热,最终导致的痰瘀互结是老年耳鸣患者的常见中医证候.该文旨在为中医中药治疗痰瘀互结型老年耳鸣提供全面而深入的理论依据,以及临床治疗的新思路和方法.
Abstract
Senile tinnitus is a common senile disease in clinic,but the curative effect of existing treatment is not very ideal.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating tinnitus with definite curative effect.Based on the unique advantages of elderly patients,due to physical factors such as phlegm turbidness,stagnation and heat,resulting in the final phlegm-heat inter-junction is a common traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of elderly patients with tinnitus.The purpose of this paper is to pro-vide a comprehensive and in-depth theoretical basis for the treatment of elderly tinnitus with phlegm-stasis interaction,as well as a new way of clinical treatment.
