Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic,progressive and fatal interstitial lung disease,which is one of the refractory re-spiratory diseases.At present,Western medicine has limited means of treatment,which can only control the progression of the disease to a certain extent,but can not fundamentally cure pulmonary fibrosis.The theory of"chronic disease entering collater-als"in traditional Chinese medicine reflects the pathological process of complex diseases,among which"deficiency","blood stasis"and"phlegm"are the important pathological manifestations.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that pulmonary fibro-sis is not healed for a long time,easy to cause the deficiency of healthy qi,lung qi weakness,lung collateral loss,which further leads to phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction,the formation of the syndrome of deficiency and deficiency,and"chronic dis-ease into collaterals"is inseparable.Therefore,based on the theory of"chronic disease into collaterals",this paper discusses the relationship between"deficiency","stasis","phlegm"and pulmonary fibrosis,in order to explore the possible means of prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis from the field of traditional Chinese medicine,further expand the therapeutic measures of pulmonary fibrosis,and provide reference for the clinical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,so as to better improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life of patients with pulmonary fibrosis.
