Objective To observe the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional constipation and the clinical effect of biofeedback treatment under the guidance of the theory of"gold and water grow together,lung and kidney treat together"of Chinese medicine.Method 60 cases of mixed constipation were selected,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group,which were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with biofeedback therapy.The observation group was treated with decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of basic treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine was selected for clinical treatment under the guidance of the theory of"gold and water grow together"in our hospital.Result Among the two groups of patients,the observation group had an effective rate was better than the control group(P＜0.05).All major symptom indicators and secondary symptom scores were alleviated,and the observation group had better scores in all major and secondary symptoms than the control group(P＜0.05).The surface elec-tromyography measurement results showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory of"gold and water grow together,and lung and kidney are treated together"in traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable.However,due to the complex pathologi-cal factors of constipation,the efficacy often can not achieve the optimal results.Most patients have different degrees of abnor-malities in the function of pelvic floor muscles in the late stage of disease development.The combination of biofeedback treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect and reduce the treatment cycle.The efficacy of the two is complementary,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
