Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Intervention Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Package Nursing on Negative Emotions and Back Pain In Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine package nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 82 patients with lumbar protrusion admitted to Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 41 according to the method of digital table.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine enve-lope nursing care.Both groups received 2 weeks of nursing care.Comparative analysis of negative emotions,back pain,lumbar function,activities of daily living,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Result After nursing,the observation group scored points on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),points on the Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the Simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ),which were lower,while the Japanese Orthopedic Association's Low Back Pain Rating Scale(JOA)score,the score of the Activity of Daily Living(ADL)scale were higher(P＜0.05),the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.12％,higher than 78.05％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medi-cine emotional intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine package nursing can better alleviate back pain in patients with lumbar protrusion,promote them to maintain good mood,improve lumbar function,enhance activities of daily living,and have high nursing satisfaction.
