The Effect of Different Processing Methods on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Slices of Aconitum multiflorum
Objective To explore the effects of different processing methods on the clinical efficacy of herbal decoction pieces of Aconitum multiflorum.Method 180 patients with calcaneal bone hyperplasia admitted from Jiaozuo Traditional Chinese Medi-cine Hospital,January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 90 pa-tients in each group.Both groups were treated with physical therapy and compound strychnine tincture for external application.The control group was processed using traditional processing methods,while the observation group was processed using pressure steaming method.Compare the calcaneal pain grading index(PRI),existing pain intensity(PPI),visual analogue score(VAS),and inflammatory factor levels[(serum interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs CRP),and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)]between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Additionally,evaluate the treatment effectiveness and quality of life of both groups.Result After treatment,the PRI,PPI,and VAS scores of both groups decreased compared to before,and the observation group was lower than the control group;After treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs CRP,and TNF in both groups decreased compared to before treatment.The levels of IL-6,hs CRP,and TNF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;After treatment,the scores on the GQOLI74 scale in both groups increased compared to before treatment,while the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78％,higher than the control group's 88.89％,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Different processing methods have different effects on the clinical treatment effect of herbal decoction pieces of Aconitum multiflorum.The pressure steaming method for processing Aconitum multiflorum,combined with the formula of Com-pound Strychnos tincture,can effectively alleviate pain symptoms in patients with calcaneal bone hyperplasia,relieve pain,re-duce inflammatory factor levels,improve treatment effectiveness and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
