摘要

目的 探讨桃红四物汤联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效.方法 选取周口市中医院2021年1月-2022年10月收治的90例慢性盆腔炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组各45例.对照组予以常规西药治疗,试验组加用桃红四物汤治疗,两组均治疗3周.比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、炎性因子水平、中医证候积分.结果 治疗后,试验组总有效率93.33％(42/45)高于对照组的77.78％(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);试验组下腹刺痛、下腹重坠、腰骶酸痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);两组TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ均降低(P＜0.05),试验组均低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组中医证候积分均降低(P＜0.05),试验组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 桃红四物汤联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎可提高临床疗效,改善中医证候,在改善症状方面起效更快,能抑制机体炎性反应,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)combined with western medi-cine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Select 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Zhoukou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022,and divide them into two groups of 45 cases each using a random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.Compare the clinical effi-cacy,symptom relief time,inflammatory factor levels,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between two groups.Re-sults After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33％(42/45),which was higher than the control groups 77.78％(35/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The relief time for lower abdominal pain,lower abdominal heaviness,and lumbosacral pain in the experimental group was shorte(P＜0.05),the experimental group were lower(P＜0.05).Both groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased(P＜0.05),and the experimental group was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Taohong Siwu Decoction and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve clinical efficacy,improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,take effect faster in improving symptoms,inhibit inflammatory reactions in the body,and is worth promoting.
