Objective To explore the effect of neonatal touch combined with acupoint massage nursing in neonatal jaundice.Methods Taking May 2021-May 2023 as the research period,80 newborns who were born in Shangqiu First People's Hospital and diagnosed with jaundice during this period were selected as the research object,and 40 newborns were randomly divided into con-trol group by computer,receiving routine neonatal touch care,while the remaining 40 children were the observation group,adding traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage to the control group.Then compare the transcutaneous bilirubin(TCB)values of the two groups of children on the day of admission and for 4 consecutive days after nursing,and compare the serum bilirubin level(TB)and serum direct bilirubin level(DB)values of the two groups of children before and after treatment,and compare the jaundice regression time and bilirubin recovery time of the two groups of children,and compare the daily sleep time,daily defeca-tion times and weight gain of the two groups of children before and after nursing.Results After nursing,The TCB in the observa-tion group decreased faster than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the TB and DB of the observation group were lower(P＜0.05),the disappearance time of jaundice and the recovery time of serum bilirubin were shorter(P＜0.05),the daily sleep time,daily bowel movements,and body mass of the control group were all higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion The application of neonatal touching combined with acupoint massage nursing in neonatal jaundice has a good effect,which can reduce serum bilirubin level,improve jaundice symptoms,speed up the regression of jaundice,ensure the sleep time and nor-mal development of newborns,and at the same time,it is beneficial to defecation and normal feeding of newborns,and the weight develops well in the positive direction.
