Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of spring equinox acupoint application in the treatment of functional con-stipation in children with spleen qi deficiency.Methods From January 2021 to September 2022,144 children with constipation due to spleen deficiency who were treated in Yiwu Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomLy assigned into a control group and a treatment groupwith 72.The control group was treated with lactulose,and the treatment group was treated with vernal equinox acupoint application.The Bristol fecal properties and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the proportion of constipation and defecation difficulty in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the proportion of normal defecation was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).The total TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the overall effective rate was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Vernal equinox acu-point application in the treatment of constipation with spleen qi deficiency in children has a good clinical effect,and has a signifi-cant effect in improving the shape and symptoms of children's stool.
