Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technology on Angina Pectoris Attack and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in elderly patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods eighty elderly patients with coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on this basis.Both patients were given continuous nursing for 3 months.Angina attack,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result Before intervention,there was no significant difference in an-gina attack and quality of life between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the intervention,in the observation group,the Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale(SAQ),the scores of physical function were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nurs-ing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can improve the angina pectoris attack of elderly patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,improve the quality of life,and is conducive to the recovery of the disease,so the nursing satisfaction is higher.
