Huangdi Neijing reads:"The reason why people become born is also blood""If your blood run normally,your spirit is very good"."Blood"maintains the normal physiological functions of the body."Vessels"have the effect of promoting and restraining the blood in the vein."Blood"and"Vessels"are interconnected,which can maintain the life activities of the body.Inheriting the ideas and theories of Huangdi Neijing,professor YANG Guanlin started from the"holistic view"of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the relevant theories of"phlegm and blood stasis"of his predecessors,examined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases as a whole,and proposed the concept of"blood and vessels disease"in an outline.There is a close relationship between the occurrence of"blood and vessels disease"and damage due to spleen deficiency,and we innova-tively divide"blood and vessels disease"into three different stages of development:"blood turbidity and vessels stagnation","blood stasis and vessels obstruction"and"blood toxin and vessels damage".And according to the pathogenesis and clinical man-ifestations of different stages,three different treatment methods are proposed:"strengthening spleen and invigorating Qi,dissolving phlegm and reducing turbidity","strengthening spleen and invigorating Qi,dissolving phlegm and removing blood stasis","dis-solving phlegm and removing stasis,clearing heat and detoxification",and creating corresponding Chinese medicine formulae to build a whole-process prevention and treatment system for"blood and vessels disease"and improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment.
