痛风是因嘌呤代谢紊乱及尿酸排泄障碍而导致的异质性疾病，临床主要表现为手足关节的疼痛及痛风石的形成，现已日益成为威胁人类身体健康的常见代谢类疾病。《伤寒论》是我国医学史上影响力最广的医学著作之一，医圣张仲景以理、法、方、药为基础，开创了六经辨证体系的先河。文章执《伤寒论》六经辨证方法，结合痛风在太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴六经中的不同临床特点，探赜痛风的六经传变规律，发掘治疗痛风的经典方剂，为临床指导痛风的辨证论治提供更广阔的思路。
Discussion on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Gout Based on Prescriptions and Syndromes of Six Meridians
Gout is a heterogeneous disease caused by purine metabolism disorder and uric acid excretion disorder.Its clinical manifestations are mainly hand and foot joint pain and gouty tophi.It has increasingly become a common metabolic disease threat-ening human health.Treatise on Febrile Diseases is one of the most influential medical works in the history of traditional Chinese medicine.ZHANG Zhongjing,a medical sage,pioneered the syndrome differentiation system of six meridians based on principles,methods,prescriptions and medicines.Based on the method of syndrome differentiation of six meridians of Treatise on Febrile Dis-eases,combining with the different clinical characteristics of gout in Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin,this paper explored the six meridians transmission and changes of gout,explored the classical prescription for gout treatment,and pro-vided a broader idea for clinical guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment of gout.
