Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(黄芪桂枝五物汤)Based on CiteSpace
Objective To visualize and analyze the research hotspots and trends of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(黄芪桂枝五物汤)based on CiteSpace.Methods Literatures related to Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction published in the database of China National Knowledge Network from January 2003 to April 2023 were searched.Meanwhile,the volume of publications,au-thors,institutions and keywords were also visualized and analyzed,with discussion of research hotspots and research trends.Re-sults A total of 1767 relevant papers were included after screening.The number of publications related to Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction showed a fluctuating increase in the last 20 years.8 major research teams were formed in related research fields.The main research institutions are universities and their affiliated hospitals,with lack of cooperation between different institutions.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is widely used in the prevention and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,oxaliplatin neu-rotoxicity,cerebral infarction,rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases.Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupuncture for the treatment of neurological impairment associated with various diseases is a popular study nowadays,and it has become a trend to explore its mechanism of action based on network pharmacology and molecular docking.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction inherits and develops the academic thought of ZHANG Zhongjing,has wide clinical application and active exper-imental research,which has good development prospects for further exploration.
