Study on Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine of"Vessel Flaccidity"
Through the collation and research of ancient Chinese medicine literature about"vessel flaccidity"in Traditional Chinese Medicine Classic and Ancient Books Database and Imedbooks,it explored the meaning,etiology and pathogenesis,syn-drome,treatment and prescription of"vessel flaccidity"."Vessel flaccidity"belongs to five-body flaccidity,which is different from"heart flaccidity".In classic,it refers"Qi movement disorder of Shaoyang causes calf suspension and flaccidity and weak-ness without standing".The"Baoluo"refer to"pericardium".It extracts heart-Qi heat syndrome and heart blood deficiency syndrome of"vessel flaccidity".In ancient books,clearing heat method is used to treat heart-Qi heat syndrome,while setting heart and nourishing Yin method is used to treat heart blood deficiency syndrome.The external therapy is mainly acupuncture,se-lecting Xing and Shu acupoints of Yangming Meridian,heart meridian and pericardium meridian.Systematic arrangement of the ancient literature of TCM is not only conducive to the clinical treatment of"vessel flaccidity"with TCM,but also has important theoretical research value.
