摘要
该文主要从络脉理论、病机、治则及典型案例等方面介绍刘丽芳教授治疗乳腺增生症的用药经验.刘丽芳教授认为络脉不通为乳腺增生症的主要病机,治疗上以"通"为用,以柴芍乳癖汤为基础加减,综合运用疏肝理气通络、芳香行气通络、活血化瘀通络、化痰散结通络、健脾通络、温阳通络、滋阴通络、调和冲任通络等诸法,疗效显著.
Abstract
This article mainly introduced Professor LIU Lifang's experience in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland from the aspects of collateral theory,pathogenesis,treatment principles and typical cases.Professor LIU Lifang believes that the main pathogenesis of hyperplasia of mammary glands is the blockage of collaterals.The treatment is based on"dredging"and modified Chaishao Rupi Decoction(柴芍乳癖汤).The comprehensive use of various methods,such as soothing liver and regula-ting Qi to clear collaterals,aromatic drugs promoting Qi to clear collaterals,removing blood stasis to clear collaterals,resolving phlegm and dispersing the nodes to clear collaterals,warming Yang to clear collaterals,nourishing Yin to clear collaterals,and rec-onciling Chong and Ren meridians to clear collaterals,has a significant effect.
