摘要
目的 基于数据挖掘技术探讨多系统萎缩的现代中药组方规律.方法 以"多系统萎缩"和"中医药""中药""中草药"为关键词或主题词,检索建库至2023年4月中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库收录的中医药治疗多系统萎缩的相关文献,应用Excel 2019、SPSS Modeler 18.0、Cytoscape 3.7.1、Qrigin 2021等软件进行中药频次、性味归经、关联规则、聚类分析.结果 共纳入中药处方84首,涉及174味中药,用药超过16次的中药25味,前5味是山茱萸、熟地黄、黄芪、茯苓、当归,功效分类主要为补虚药;药性以温、寒、平为主,药味多属甘、苦、辛,归经以肝、肾、脾三经最多见;关联规则显示常见药物组合为山茱萸-肉桂-附子、附子-肉桂-山茱萸、山茱萸-附子-熟地黄、山茱萸-山药-熟地黄;对高频药物进行聚类分析,得出5组较好的聚类组合.结论 多系统萎缩病变脏腑以肾、肝、脾为主,病机以虚为本,肾虚、气血亏虚多见,治疗以补虚固本为治则,重视补肾填精、益气养血.
Abstract
Objective To explore the formulation rules of TCM of multiple system atrophy based on data mining technology.Method Using"multiple system atrophy"and"traditional Chinese medicine""Chinese medicine""Chinese herbal medicine"as key-words or subject terms,we retrieve literatures on the Chinese medicine treatment of multiple system atrophy collected by CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from the establishment of the database to April,2023.And Excel2019,SPSS Modeler18.0,Cytoscape 3.7.1 and Qrigin 2021 were used for Chinese medicine frequency analysis,property,taste and meridian analysis,association rules a-nalysis,and cluster analysis.Results A total of 84 prescriptions and 174 herbs were included.25 herbs were used more than 16 times,and the top five herbs were cornus,cooked rehmannia,astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos,and angelica sinensis,the efficacy classification was mainly tonic medicine.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold,and flat,and the medicinal tastes were mostly sweet,bitter,and pungent.The three meridians of liver,kidney and spleen were the most common;The asso-ciation rules showed that the common drug combinations were cornus-cinnamon-aconite,aconite-cinnamon-cornus,cornus-aconite-cooked rehmannia,cornus-yam-cooked rehmannia;Cluster analysis of high-frequency herbs was performed,and five good cluster combinations were obtained.Conclusion The visceral lesions of multiple system atrophy are mainly kidney,liv-er,and spleen,and the pathogenesis is based on deficiency,kidney deficiency and deficiency of qi and blood are common.The principle of treatment is tonifying deficiency and reinforing the foundation,and attention should be paid to tonifying kidney,re-plenishing essence,supplementing qi and nourishing blood.
