摘要

非特异性腰痛(NSLBP)的病机较为复杂,与"经-筋-骨"三者彼此失和密切相关.脊柱调衡点穴手法以经、筋、骨为治疗节点,是治疗NSLBP的有效方法,但其作用机制尚未明确.文章以经筋骨三位一体观为理论基础,从经络不畅、筋骨失衡的角度出发,对脊柱调衡点穴手法治疗NSLBP的作用机制展开论述.

Abstract

The pathogenesis of Nonspecific low back pain(NSLBP)is complicated,which is closely related to the disso-nance of"meridian,tendon and bone".Spinal balance point manipulation with meridian,tendon and bone as treatment nodes,is an effective method for the treatment of NSLBP,but its mechanism of action has not been clear.Based on the theory of the trinity view of the meridian,muscles and bones,this paper discusses the mechanism of action of spinal balancing point manipula-tion in the treatment of NSLBP from the perspective of the obstruction of the meridians and the imbalance of muscles and bones.
