Cancer toxin theory is an innovative venereal disease mechanism theory proposed by Professor Zhou Zhongying ac-cording to many years of clinical experience,which provides a new perspective for the treatment of malignant tumors in TCM.The theory of"state target syndrome differentiation"advocated by Academician Tong Xiaolin is an important bridge to commu-nicate the combination of macro-control and microscopic clinical syndrome differentiation under the background of modern medi-cine,and is a new clinical syndrome differentiation model generated in the historical evolution driven by the traditional diagnosis and treatment mode of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical science and technology.Based on the theory of"cancer toxic-state target",the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of gastric cancer were systematically sum-marized and elaborated,and it was concluded that patients with gastric cancer were mostly caused by phlegm,blood stasis,and poison beating each other,and the pathogenesis was a mixture of deficiency and deficiency,with eliminating cancer and detoxif-ying,strengthening qi and eliminating pathogens,and invigorating spleen and stomach as the main treatment methods.When the effect of comprehensive treatment of western medicine is not good,traditional Chinese medicine treatment combined with the theo-ry of"cancer toxic-state target",closely following the core pathogenesis,can effectively control the corresponding symptoms,so as to achieve the effect of improving the quality of life of patients.
