《金匮要略》以"酸甘焦苦"法指导治疗"肝病传脾".肝有体用之分,病常见肝体阴血不足,导致肝用亢盛,乘脾犯胃,脾胃升降失常,脏腑气机随之逆乱,百病由生.故"酸甘焦苦"法以五味之用,遵从《内经》升降浮沉用药法,酸收以敛肝用、苦降以通胃腑泻肝火、甘缓以助脾运养肝血,酸味又可直补肝体,从而达到调理肝之体用、恢复脾胃升降的效果,则"五脏元真通畅,人即安和".
Theoretical Analysis of Jingui Yaolue Sour-Sweet-Bitter Method in Treating Liver Disease Spreading Spleen
Jingui Yaolue guided the treatment of liver disease spreading spleen with sour-sweet-bitter method.Liver has functional and body differences.Common liver diseases include insufficient blood in liver,leading to excessive liver function and over-restricting spleen and stomach,abnormal rise and fall of spleen and stomach and disorder of the Qi movement of Zang-Fu organs.All kinds of diseases can be caused by the pathogenesis.Therefore,sour-sweet-bitter method uses the function of drugs with different five flavors,following the Neijing medication theory.Sour drugs can regulate the function and make the con-vergence of liver,bitter drugs can descend Qi movement and dredge stomach and intestines and purge the liver fire,sweet drugs can restore spleen function and nourish liver blood and sour drugs also can nourish the liver body,eventually achieving the pur-pose of regulating liver function and body,restore the physiological function of spleen and stomach.This is the so-called normal operation of the five Zang-organs of the human body and physical health.
