Selection Rule of Acupoint Embedding for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
Objective To analyze the selection rules of acupoints for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with acupoint embedding by using data mining techniques.Methods The clinical literatures about acupoint embedding in the treatment of chron-ic atrophic gastritis of Chinese journals database(CNKI),Wanfang Academic journals database(Wanfang),Vipu Chinese tech-nology journal database(VIP)and China Biomedical Database(SinoMed)were retrieved from the establishment time to December 2021.The association rules were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm and the complex network map was drawn by SPSS 21.0.Results A total of 69 documents were included,and 89 acupoint prescriptions and 46 acupoints,and with a total fre-quency of 498 acupoints.The data analysis showed that the top four acupoints in acupoint catgut embedding treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis were Zhongwan(CV12),Zusanli(ST36),Weishu(BL23)and Pishu(BL23).The selected meridians were blad-der meridian of foot-Taiyang,conception vessel,stomach meridian of foot-Yangming,etc.The acupoint selection was mainly concentrated in the abdomen,back and upper and lower limbs.Among the specific acupoints,back-Shu acupoints,crossing acu-points and front-Mu acupoints were used more frequently.In terms of acupoint compatibility,the correlation between Pishu(BL23)-Weishu(BL23)and Zhongwan(CV12)-Zusanli(ST36)was the highest.The high-frequency acupoints could be divided into two categories.The first category was Weishu(BL23)-Pishu(BL23)-Zhongwan(CV12)-Zusanli(ST36),and the second category was divided into three effective clusters.Conclusion Acupoint embedding therapy for chronic atrophic gastritis is based on regulating stomach,regulating Qi,removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency.The treatment is mainly based on the Shu acupoints and Mu acupoints of Zang-Fu organs and the specific acupoints of this meridian and the external and internal meridians.The core prescription of acupoint embedding therapy for chronic atrophic gastritis may be Weishu(BL23),Pishu(BL23),Zhongwan(CV12)and Zusanli(ST36).
