Clinical Research Progress on Pathogenesis of Post-Stroke Depression and Non-Pharmacological Therapies
Post-stroke depression(PSD)is one of the common complications of stroke,and the pathogenesis is complex,affecting the treatment effect and prognosis of stroke survivors,and has become a public health problem of widespread concern.At present,the efficacy and safety of clinical use of drugs for post-stroke depression are controversial,and the patient compliance is poor,and the clinical effect is not satisfactory.At present,non-drug therapy as a safe and effective clinical treatment has been widely used in pa-tients with PSD who are intolerant,refuse drug treatment or have an unsatisfactory response to drug treatment.This article discussed the pathogenesis of depression after stroke and reviewed the clinical research progress of non-drug therapies.
