摘要

慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)和心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)联系紧密,CVD是影响CKD患者预后的重要因素,也是导致其死亡的首要原因.CKD患者由于肾功能减退、代谢障碍、贫血、氧化应激产物增加、炎症等并发症导致CVD的发生并加重原有肾脏疾病.延缓CKD进展,降低CVD危害是治疗的首要目的.中医运用"心肾相关"理论,对心脏与肾脏之间的生理病理联系提出更全面的阐释,为中医药早期防治慢性肾脏病合并心血管疾病提供理论依据,以期降低心肾损害,为治疗慢性肾脏病合并心血管疾病提供新的方向.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)and cardiovascular disease(CVD)are closely linked,and CVD is an important factor affecting the prognosis of CKD patients as well as the leading cause of death.CVD is caused by complications such as hy-peralgesia,inflammation,and aggravation of existing kidney disease.Delaying the progression of CKD and reducing the risk of CVD is the primary goal of treatment.Using the theory of"heart-kidney correlation",Traditional Chinese medicine provides a more comprehensive explanation of the physiopathological link between heart and kidney,providing a theoretical basis for the ear-ly prevention and treatment of CKD combined with CVD in TCM,with the aim of reducing heart and kidney damage and provi-ding a new direction for the treatment of CKD combined with CVD.
