Based on the Implementation Plan for Strengthening TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)Health Services for the Elderly,the guideline for the construction of provincial TCM health centers,jointly issued by the State Administration of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine and the National Health Commission,aims at guiding the establishment of standardized provincial TCM health centers.This paper starts from the actual demand analysis,framework design,construction standards and system of the guideline.It illustrates the research methods and results of the guideline for the construction of provincial TCM health centers,summarizes,and prospects the research of the guideline.
