Knowledge Mapping Analysis Based on CiteSpace for the Research Progress of Drugs for Alcoholic Liver Disease
Objective To analyze the current status and hot research directions of alcoholic liver disease(ALD)by visualiza-tion atlas,and to provide guidance for further research and clinical application.Methods we searched CNK1 and WOS databases for alcohol-related liver diseases published in the 2023-2000 respectively.CiteSpace software is used to analyze the coopera-tion among countries,institutions and authors,and draw the keyword co-occurrence map,clustering map and emergent analysis map.Results after screening,the annual output of Chinese and English literature shows an upward trend.China is the country with the largest amount of literature.An analysis of Chinese literature shows that Zhejiang Chinese Medical University is the most frequently used organization,Chen Zhiyun is the most frequently used author,and the most frequently used keyword is"Rat".An analysis of the English literature found that the University of Salonika in Greece was the institution with the largest number of publications,with Athyros,Vasilios G being the author with the largest number of publications.Most of the key words are related to pathogenesis.Conclusion the pathogenesis of alcoholic liver disease is mainly due to liver injury induced by oxidative stress.The traditional Chinese medicine and its related components are Panax Notoginseng,Hovenia dulcis thunb,resveratrol etc.
